Dr. Cutolo is so pleasant and makes you feel so comfortable. I had lower eyelid surgery and I could not believe the difference in my appearance. His staff is wonderful. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.The staff at Richmond University Medical Center were wonderful. They were so kind and caring.

I just had my second surgery performed by Dr Cutolo. He is by far the most intelligent , kind , talented Dr. I have ever met. His work is perfect, he makes you feel so comfortable with your procedure. He gives you all the time you need with him. He will answer every question ,never will rush you, never make you feel as if your question was irrelevant . My first surgery went so well and I was so pleased, during my follow up I scheduled surgery for TT.. My BA was done to perfection and I cant even find the words to describe how wonderful this doctor is. My friends all love his work and are scheduling consults with him. I am a Registered Nurse and known many surgeons , buy none come even close to the talent that Dr Cutolo has.. I really adore his staff, everyone is so professional, and A spa above , is so relaxing and Lynn is one of the nicest people I have ever met. That is what make your whole experience here so different. After your surgery during follow up visits Dr Cutolo schedules you for treatments under LED lights to help with healing. Truly skilled, educated and experienced doctor. I am more then satisfied with my breast augmentation! He listened and respected what I wanted to achieve and my results are amazing. Dr. Cutolo has great bedside manner, he is non abrasive, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel totally comfortable. I felt completely confident with him from my first consultation to post-op. I researched and consulted with many Drs. before making my decision and he has by far exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Cutolo & staff are very professional. He completed a facelift called the Rejuvalift on my mother last week and she looks AMAZING! She went from 70 to 50 in one week. She is both thrilled and confident. Her friends are jealous... He is very talented,experienced and personable. Does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what will give you the best result for your situation. I will be seeing him when I need a lift or tuck ;)

I am extremely pleased with my tummy tuck result. I had gone to two other doctors in the nyc area and was told it could not be done because I didn't have enough fat to remove (now THAT'S funny). Dr. C was helpful, knowledgeable, and very honest. He did an amazing job, was sensitive to my needs, and I plan to go back for some other work. He made the experience easy and his staff were fabulous. I swear, I did a lot of research before having the procedure and he is by far the best around.

I am a young female who recently went to Dr. Cutolo for a breast lift and minor reduction. I had been searching for the right doctor for about two years and was never satisfied. As soon as I walked into Dr. Cutolos office I knew I was in the right place. I booked by surgery two days after. Dr. Cutolo made me feel so comfortable and made sure I knew everything he was going to do. My recovery was easy and exactly how he told me it would be. My scars are almost not visible due to the thin incisions he made. his staff is amazing and friendly and very willing to accommodate to your every need. Dr. Louis C. Cutolo, Jr., is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving Brooklyn, NY, Staten Island, NY, and the surrounding New York metropolitan area. He has more than 20 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and more than 25 years of experience in general surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Cutolo earned his medical degree from SUNY-Downstate Medical Center in 1985. He then completed 5 years of general surgery training at Staten Island University Hospital and 2 years of fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Florida’s Shands Hospital. In addition, he completed a residency in pediatric surgery for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles in 1987 and became a NASA-certified physician in 1991. Licensed in New York State, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He holds hospital privileges at 5 New York-area hospitals and is a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Surgery at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center.
